I was honoured to be part of an incredible group of marketing professionals invited to write the book "MKThinker: what the market teaches about Marketing." I decided to share a bit of my two decades of experience in the digital marketing world. My chapter is titled 'The 4 C's of the post-digital era', a reference to the seminal Kottler's 4 P's but updated to current challenges. Andréia Roma and Vivian de Mattuella did the coordination. The book was launched on September 2021 in São Paulo, Brazil.
